Professionally, Nadeem is a Senior Statistical Programmer with more than 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the UK and Australia. He has been residing in Melbourne, Australia since 2014, having migrated from the United Kingdom as a skilled migrant. Prior to relocating to Australia, Nadeem lived in the UK, where he completed his higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing and Management Sciences. Originally from Kabul, (District Dehdana), he moved to the United Kingdom in 1998.

Throughout his professional career, Nadeem has successfully delivered numerous projects، lead multiple teams and achieved several career advancements, reflecting his strong work ethic, leadership, and professional expertise. His extensive experience and organisational skills are highly valuable to the Tajiks Council of Australia. In his role as Secretary, he is responsible for coordinating agendas, preparing meeting minutes, and managing communications between TCA, the community, and external organisations.
